Supervision

I am a qualified supervisor working both privately and in organisational settings to support and aid exploration of your practice. I work with trainees, newly qualified and more experienced therapists as well as others working in the health care, social care and emergency services sectors.
I see supervision as a collaborative, respectful and supportive process where we work together to enhance your therapeutic work with clients. This involves ensuring that ethical practice is adhered to, development of skills and understanding and provision of a space for you to explore your feelings with support and encouragement. Working in the helping professions is a role with considerable responsibility and I strive to provide a where you can explore your relationship with clients and work through any difficulties including those of an organisational or systemic nature.
Frequency of supervision will vary depending on your individual requirements and I will do my best to accommodate your particular needs. I also respect different therapeutic modalities and work with an openness to different approaches. Please feel free to contact me for further discussion.
