Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Julia and I offer counselling and psychotherapy online, by telephone and in person in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I offer space for you to explore with me issues that you may be struggling with. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and do not know where to turn? I will invite you to bring your feelings, thoughts and concerns so that we can work collaboratively to understand better what is happening in your life today and perhaps how previous events and patterns may be affecting you.
I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by the UKCP's Ethical Standards. I am on a register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. Additionally, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Reg.) and work within their Ethical Framework.
